For the last 10 years he has been giving seminars at universities and companies in Europe, the USA, South America and Asia. His clients include Harvard Business School, London School of Economics, Delhi University as well as several global companies in the banking, automobile and other industries.

In addition to his experience in overseeing a group of more than 200 employees as a manager for an international organization, Thorge has been giving motivational lectures at universities and companies in Europe, the USA, South America and Asia for the past 10 years. His clients include Harvard Business School, London School of Economics, Delhi University as well as several global companies in the banking, automobile and various other industries. It is his objective to help participants find their strengths and goals, in order to realize them and actualize their own dreams.
